Notice of Upcoming Bank Account Change in November 2024

 

Please be informed of an important change to our banking details, which has come about due to recent updates at Mettle (by NatWest).

As part of Mettle’s efforts to comply with British banking regulations and enhance customer protection, they are requiring all customers to transition to new bank accounts by 26 November 2024.

Unfortunately, this change is mandatory and beyond our control and we will only get the new account details at the time of the switch. We do however want to ensure a smooth transition for all our clients. We have therefore scheduled the change to take place in the week commencing 11 November 2024.

Key Points to Note:

  • Once the switch is complete, we will receive a new bank account number. At that time, all invoices moving forward will display our updated Mettle account details.
  • Please carefully check your invoices before making payments to ensure you are using the correct, updated bank account number.
  • ⚠️ Important: Payments made to the old account number will no longer be processed after the switch. We kindly ask that you double-check the account number before transferring funds to avoid any issues.

 

We understand that this may cause some inconvenience, but the transition is necessary to align with new regulations that aim to improve banking services and security. We will notify you immediately once the new account details are available.
