As a result, we believe that it is in the best interest of both our company and our clients to transition to a more streamlined payment process.

Moving forward, our payment policy for web design services will be as follows:

50% Deposit: Clients will be required to pay a 50% deposit of the total quoted amount before work on their project commences. This deposit will secure their spot in our queue and enable us to allocate resources and begin work on their project promptly.

50% Balance: The remaining 50% balance must be paid before the completed website goes live under the client’s domain name. This final payment ensures that our clients receive the full benefits of our services and allows us to finalize any remaining details before launching their website.

We understand that this change may come as a surprise to some of our clients who have previously opted for payment plans. Therefore, we will be reaching out to clients who currently have quotes with setup fees amortized to inform them of this policy change. We want to assure you that our goal remains to provide you with exceptional service and support throughout the entire process.
